Privacy Policy
What this policy covers
Murmora is a sleep-affirmations app published by El Sueno LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Murmora mobile app or visit murmora.io, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, we store your email address and an authentication identifier through our auth provider, Supabase.
- Goals and session content. The goals, blockers, beliefs, and affirmations you write in the app, plus the voice, soundscape, intensity, and length you choose for each session. This content is used to generate your audio sessions.
- Voice recordings (optional). If you choose to clone your own voice, we process the recordings you submit through our voice provider. Voice cloning is opt-in and requires explicit consent. You can delete your cloned voice from settings at any time.
- Usage and billing. Subscription status and entitlements (via Superwall and Apple or Google in-app purchases), session playback events, and credit balances.
- Device and diagnostics. Crash logs and basic device metadata necessary to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To generate the personalized audio sessions you request.
- To deliver the playback experience and persist your preferences between devices.
- To process subscriptions and credit purchases, and to honor the entitlements you've paid for.
- To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- To contact you about your account or about material changes to the service. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Murmora. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage for your account, goals, and preferences.
- Superwall — paywall presentation and subscription state.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases and subscription billing.
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech generation for guide and cloned voices.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security for murmora.io.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account, goal, and session data is kept while your account exists. Cloned-voice recordings are kept until you delete the cloned voice or your account. Diagnostic logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You can delete your Murmora account, goals, preferences, and any cloned voice from inside the app under Settings. You can also email support@murmora.io and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days. If you live in a jurisdiction with additional rights (such as access, correction, or portability), you can exercise them via the same email.
Children
Murmora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
