Account and data
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, goals, preferences, and any cloned voice. If you can't get into the app, email support@murmora.io from the address on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.
How do I export my data?
Email support@murmora.io and we'll send you a copy of the data tied to your account.
Subscriptions and billing
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Murmora directly. To manage or cancel:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Murmora.
- Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Murmora.
Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are also handled by Apple and Google. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or through the Play Store order history (Android). If you ran into a bug that ate your credits, email us — we can usually credit your account back.
Voice cloning
How do I delete a cloned voice?
Open the app, go to Settings → Voice, select the cloned voice, and choose Delete voice. Deletion removes the underlying recording from our voice provider as well.
Playback issues
The app is preparing my session for a long time.
Generation can take up to a few minutes for longer sessions. If it's been more than ten minutes, force-quit the app and reopen it — the session will resume from where it left off. If it still doesn't recover, email us with the time you started.
Audio cuts out overnight.
Make sure low-power mode and battery-saver are off, and that Murmora is allowed to play in the background and over the lock screen. Sleep-mode focus rules on iOS can silence the app — add Murmora to your Sleep focus's allowed apps if you use it.
